Communicate to all TASO members that the court has temporarily enjoined the UIL from attempting to enforce the changes to Rule 1204, and has temporarily enjoined the UIL from signing up TASO members, or taking any money from TASO members. Inform people that they should let you know immediately if the UIL does anything that violates this order. TASO attorneys will go to the courthouse to seek a contempt order if the UIL violates this temporary restraining order.

This Temporary Restraining Order recites that the next Temporary injunction hearing (which will extend the current temporary restraining order) will be held on Tuesday, January 19th. However, we have an agreement from opposing counsel to file an Agreed Order extending the TRO and moving the injunction hearing to February 1st.
